February 2020 President’s Message

Besides arranging exhibits, the Community Education Committee also finds venues that we can demonstrate quilting techniques to the public. This is a fun way to connect to the community. President’s Quilt

To honor Diana Engelbrecht for all the work she has done while being our president for 2 years (in September) I am requesting each member to make a quilt block. She has requested a signature block. January 2020 President’s Message

The Community Education Committee is working in 2 specific areas. This month I am going to talk about the Exhibits area. We are looking for places to promote the quilting arts to the community. The Eldridge, Le Claire, Cordova and Davenport libraries have been very open to displays both on their walls and in display cases.
