Guild-Sponsored Sit & Sews/Get-Aways

  • Davenport Library Sit-n-Sew: Meetings held Fairmont Street Branch of the Davenport Public Library.  Meeting times are 9:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Attendence is open to all guild members and there's no charge.  For more information contact:  Sharon Maroney
  • Quilt Get-aways:  Open to all guild members.  Times and dates vary so please check out the current Newsletter.  Get-Aways meet at the Deere-Wiman Carriage House, Moline..  For more information, contact:  Sharon Maroney

Independent Sit & Sews & Specialty Groups

  • Shakespeare Stitchers: This group meets from 9 am to 3 pm on the third Tuesday of each month at the Deere-Wiman Carriage House.  Open to all guild members.   For more information, contact: Pam Hillyer
  • Quilt Queens:   This group meets every third Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at St. Mark's Lutheran Church (2363 West 3rd Street) in Davenport.   Open to all guild members.  For more Information, contact Marlis Beechamp, Fran Borhart, or Bev Hoy
  • Fiber Arts Group: This group will meet at 1 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Fairmont Branch of the Davenport Public Library. For more information, contact Colleen Curry.
  • Quilts of Valor:  This group is dedicated to our military.  The group is open to all Guild members and meets from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm on the Wednesday after the General Meeting at the First Congregational Church, 2201 7th Avenue, Moline, Illinois.  For more information, contact Carolyn McDowell or Kathy Sims.
  • EQ6 Club:    This group is open to all guild members who use EQ6.  The group meets at 12:30 p.m. on the 1st Thursday of each month at the Fairmont Street Branch of the Davenport Public Library.  For more information, contact Carol Baldry
